most of us would agree i supposed, in a twinkle of an eye, 2006`s gonna pass by very very soon. some had an easy year, some had a tough one and some had a fruitful one. mine? i would grade it as a happening and fruitful one. i admit that out of the 20 years of my entire life, this year, 2006, was something as compared to the previous years. i`d got to know many new people, seen many new things and learnt loads of fresh stuff. the beginning part of the year was already a treacherous journey to walk through and yet, i thanked many kind souls who were there to give me all the crucial support which i required. got to made some real friends and some rotten ones as well. needless to mention those rotten ones do i? real friends are the one who stood by me regardless of my triumphs and slumps, you people should know who you are. greatly appreciated even the most minute kind of advices and help rendered. being stubborn and emotional, i might have hurt these friends along the way, these were immensely regretted. i seek for the understanding. depression was not easy to handle with all the suicidal thoughts and attention-seeking-silly-stunts. wasted loads of my tears then. but beening through all the harder times, i`d more or less matured in some sense, some might not agree, but i`ve got something to say. you people are`nt me so you won`t know what transitions i underwent. that`s all i`m saying to defend myself. no offence and hard feelings here. =) 2006 seems to pass by very very rapidly. perhaps too much things had happened within a short time frame to cause this illusion. and yes, i think people learn from things they went though best, if not, better. no difference for me over this. i`d seen much more and discovered certain meanings in life. i`d also seen things and people in both bright and dark sides. i will remember all that. they`re treasured lessons learnt. i won`t discard those. and i`d never thought i could manage my time better this time, juggling with a few jobs and socialising. work was challenging, but i`ll always remember never to bow down to challenges. and i cherish what i have with me now. i might have made many regretful decisions this year but i`ll try not to allow a repetition of history in future, or rather i`ll cut down since some things can never be avoided. i must be wiser and calmer in making decisions from now on. =) and yes, my study plans must still continue! "GO GO JIAYOU!"
really many thanks to all who pulled me up along the way when i fell and to the ones who gave me shots which were almost fatal, thanks for making me stronger! don`t worry, i will hang on tight against all odds!
hmmm.. i`m looking forward to Hong Kong. 10 more days. my 1st trip on plane and out so far without my parents. it`ll definitely be an eye-opening experience for me. i hope this`ll be a great start of the new year. perhaps this`ll be my last time blogging in year 2006...
hereby, i wish dear all a very blessed 2007 ahead. happy holidays folks! enjoy and cheers! see you guys in the new year! happy 2007!

judging from the time i`m blogging, i should wish dear all a belated merry christmas. this year`s christmas was abit different from the past 19 years. read on...

caught a night at the museum with dar at cathay after work. hilarious movie indeed! i giggled through-out.

i received 5 bags FULL of christmas gifts from my colleagues! got a shock of my life `cos i did not ever imagine my whole department will start giving each other presents. some coleagues just left the gifts on my desk before i arrive in office. well, it was certainly an experience for me. they must have spent tonnes of cash on the presents!!! (psst... i know they are going to receive their bonuses soon and i`m not!) the most expensive present i`d received was from a telemarketer. it was bird's nest with ginseng i think. but since i don`t take bird's nest so i dedicated them to my family instead. i really have to thanked people who sent me sincere wishes and for the presents. it`s the thought that counts! it was also a half-day granted by the management and the whole company had a lunch event that day at park royal hotel. the food was not so fantastic but it`s a privilege for me to be there alrady so i won`t grumble much! and santa claus was there as well. but sadly he missed out my present! =( but he was informed and he turned back to give me mine. =) and i requested a photo shot from him as a forfeit! had a little fun and we proceeded to k box at suntec. caught the curse of the golden flower show at cathay with my sister thereafter.

dinner at dar`s house. chef-of-the-day was zhutou! i think i should pick up some cooking lessons someday real soon! =) after that was k-session again with the not-so-usual-gang. thpught i was`nt in town so i would not kena some stupid foam spray thingy but i was wrong! there was this stupid war going on insode the ktv and i was targetted! nonethessly, all of us still had fun though! the rest drank and i was the only one refraining from liquor. `cos i remembered someone did tell me alcoholic drinks do cause a little bit of depression. don`t want to dampen the mood by ending up moody so i stayed away from it. =) at 3am, we left for louis`s house. was having a small case of gastric then but did not want to bother much. played till 6 in the morning before i was knocked out by gastric. thanks joseph for the bolster as my pillow. =) appreciated that. left louis's house at 8 plus and took a cab home. K.O again on bed. woke up at 5 plus. what a day! anyways thanks for the fun and present buds. =)

i`m super stressed and worried. regardless or what may come along the way, i`m gonna stand tall, against all odds. and yes, i can do it. no... I MUST DO IT!
and raymond, i hope to see you get well soon. you must jiayou ok? don't let things bother you. maintain peace and tranquility within you now is very crucial, no point fedding up now. the devil of pneumotharax, please leave raymond. and janice, if you really need someone to talk to, i`m here. don't be afraid to bother me. =) cheer up my dear!

abit of updates over the week? here they are...
..011206..
finally met up with helen!!! and of `cos wick kor who was the "chauffeur" for the day. LOL! met up with him 1st to get the car before fetching helen! this lady getting more and more pretty. what a pity kor!!! *ahem* anyways, we went places since with the car, it`s more convenient. after touring a super big round around newton, we detoured to kallang riverside. had our gourmet "no signboard seafood"! the food tasted fine but i also have to accept the fact that i`m growing more on the horizontal side. that`s a terrible price to pay. anyways, while me and helen went to the ladies, wick kor secretly paid the bill already and he shoo-ed us to leave for the next destination.. THANKS FOR THE SUPER FULFILLING TREAT!!!! =) our next stop, as planned, was taka's coffee club express. had our drinks and 3 of us shared a muddy mud pie! well, i admit, it was a delicacy too. as usual 3 vain pots were posing for camera shots there and at the giant christmas tree at level one. and because the other 2 wanted something exciting, they dragged me to MW. 'partied' till late and wick kor sent us home.
p/s: kor, i want to retire from that kinda life. lols!

winnie's birthday celebration. meant to ice ckate but.... all thanks to the stupid competition we had to forgo and joined the k box singers next door! well, it did`nt dampen our moods. we went high! lols!! and after that, dinner at swensens at crown prince hotel. went rouge`ing after that. scandalous things do happen... we all witnessed right, ladies??? *ahem kor* tired ourselves out and then home sweet home!

finally got my developed photos of my beloved occasions with the beloved bunch of darlings. who wants to see??? hehe...

finally... abit of workout! jogging and class!!! weets! my stamina improved definitely!

celebrated jolene`s birthday. see, that explained why i`m going broke. `cos in our clique, our birthdays are all squeezed in the later part of the year. but it`s ok, the next 6 months i`m going to save up more again! well, we had steamboat at marina bay last night. after that went arcading and bowling. thanks to kor de yi chuan i beat the ladies all in one 50 cents coin! haha!!! but bowling was kinda fresh for me. nonetheless i still scored a strike and a couple of spares! haha!!! zhutou was a good coach huh!!! haha!!! reached home at 3. waited till 4 before turning in `cos thanks to weiquna who wanted me to wake him up at 4am!!! and he took so long to answer!!!!

i want to get my sleeping hours back!!!!!!!!
MOS tonight. shall it be my last? i don`t adore club life frankly speaking. yawns...
